The almond flour is ideal for baking and is also gluten free.
Origin: USA, not degreased.

TIP: mix almond flour 1/2 with another glutenfree flour (also teff, millet, quinoa) because otherwise, the cake would be very filling. In biscuit recipes, the flour can be replaced 1 : 1 with almond flour.
