May is Celiac Disease Awareness Month. The aim is to raise awareness of the autoimmune disease coeliac disease and to reach people who suffer from coeliac disease but have not yet been diagnosed. In general, the rest of society should also be informed about the disease and the options offered by a gluten-free diet.
Morga offers a wide range of products that have been specially developed for people with allergies and intolerances. For example, there is also a wide range of gluten-free products - these can be found in the Morgashop.ch directly by selecting «Dietary requirements» & the gluten-free logo in the navigation bar:

When all foods containing gluten suddenly have to be banned from the diet, this is a major challenge for most people affected, especially when it comes to bread, pasta or muesli. That is why it is important to us to support those affected with gluten-free flour blends, for example, with products and recipes that are sure to succeed.
Gluten-free flours are much more than just a substitute for wheat flour: they give your baked creations a unique texture and a special taste.
Our specially developed mixes ensure easy preparation, a fluffy texture and a perfectly risen dough - exactly what is often a challenge in gluten-free baking. Discover the variety and add variety to your bakery!

whole oat flour
The certified gluten-free oat flour is ideal for baking and cooking. Oats are very rich in vitamins and fiber, easily digestible and have a fine nutty aroma. It gives baked goods a pleasant juiciness.
almond flour
To make almond flour, the almonds are first crushed and then finely ground. As the whole almonds are ground with the oils they contain and the flour therefore already contains fats, the amount of fat, e.g. butter or margarine, should be reduced slightly in the recipes. Alternatively, we offer defatted almond flour. Here, the pomace from oil production is dried and ground. A great product that not only tastes great, but also reduces food waste.
